Once you have completed your application, and we receive your
credit report, we will immediately determine which programs
are best suited to your needs.
YES! There are programs available to assist you with both
the down payment and the closing cost.
Once you are qualified to purchase your new home, we provide
assistance to help locate and choose the right home for you.
NO! We are a non-profit organization. We do not charge fees
for assistance from our office for the services we provide.
