We Help CDC Scattered Sites Development
We
Help Scattered Sites Development consists of constructed single-family
detached homes in the cities of Belle Glade, Pahokee and South
Bay. The units will consists of 3 and 4 bedrooms with 2 baths,
and one-car garage. All of the units will be constructed to
be energy efficient and accessible. In the scattered sites,
units will be set aside to accommodate the elderly, disabled
and farm workers.
The target area for We Help Scattered Sites is the Lake Region
of Western Palm Beach County, Florida.

Self-help Housing
The Self-Help Housing Program will consist of 25 units over
a two-year period of time. The homes will be constructed in
Pahokee and South Bay, Florida. The City of South Bay has donated
eight (8) lots.
The owners of these units are first time homebuyers who will
be participating in the construction of their homes, receiving
what is credit for sweat equity.
